Slowcoaches EP
Yesterday Heather from Slowcoaches sent me a track called '54' off their upcoming EP. It was a fuzzed out beast of a song, a hark back to simple yet beautiful Beat Happening melodies with added riffs. I LOVED IT. I played it about a million times before Tye Die Tapes announced that you could stream the ENTIRE Slowcoaches EP online! I'm happy to say that the whole EP follows suit on '54' and is utterly brilliant. 90s nostalgia has never sounded so good. Listen below!

We recently had them supporting Shonen Knife, where they played so damn well that LeftLion said these nice things about them: 'Bristling with a rather chaotic energy, Slowcoaches plough the same sort of early 90s furrow that a band such as say Yuck have been doing recently, but they do it much much much better.'

Dolfinz are a noise pop band from Aberdeen, with a 7'' single available on Tuff Wax Records, and a 12'' split release due out in April on Song, by Toad Records. This will be their 4th UK TOUR
